Eli G. Davis, Sr. was born March 27th, 1981 in Okarche, Oklahoma to Judge and Mrs. Robert E. Davis. He graduated in 1999 from Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Eli is married to Abbie Davis and resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with their two children, son Eli “Garritt” Davis, Jr. age 12 and daughter Atley Noel Davis age 10. Eli attended Redlands Junior College and the University of Central Oklahoma where he studied Business Administration with a minor in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate.
Eli has had an active Oklahoma Real Estate license since 2005. In November 2015 Eli Co-Founded a Real Estate brokerage, The Property Center. His career in Real Estate has given him extensive experience in sales and management of acquisitions and investment properties, commercial properties, multi-family properties and single-family homes. He specializes in business development and strategic growth. Eli is based in The Property Centers Edmond location where he oversees the operations and expansion of multiple businesses and currently manages more than 1.5 million sq foot of residential and multifamily real estate. Eli is also the majority owner of TPC Maintenance, TPC Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing services, and TPC HOA Management which operates in Oklahoma and Central Texas.
Eli is a 4th generation combat veteran. He spent 14 years in service with the US Army and Oklahoma National Guard before getting out as an SSG (Staff Sergeant) in 2014. After his freshman year of college, he enlisted on June 23rd, 2000. He completed Infantry School at Ft Benning, Georgia and was assigned to the 1st of 179th Infantry. With various assignments including the 179th Reconnaissance Sniper Platoon, Eli deployed to Iraq during the invasion of 2003 and in 2007, and Afghanistan in 2011 to Nuristan Province. Eli’s most notable awards are the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star Medal, multiple Army Commendation Medals, and multiple Army Achievement Medals. He also served in New Orleans in 2005 during the Hurricane Katrina search and rescue efforts.
Professional associations include the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where he is pursuing his CPM certification, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium, National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). He recently served as the Vice President for the Oklahoma Thunderbird Chapter of the Association of the US Army (AUSA) for 3 years.
Eli has been involved with Warriors for Freedom Foundation since 2013, the Salute Military Golf Association, and Folds of Honor Foundation. He enjoys spending time with these nonprofit organizations and helping combat injured and wounded veterans become involved in the support systems that are available.
